Luke Chamblee
CEO & President, LRC2 Properties

Luke has over 18 years of real-estate and property development, management, and brokerage experience. Having achieved success in numerous hotel cycles and developing over 100,000-square feet of retail space, Luke brings a unique understanding and appreciation of the various components of the hotel investment business to his portfolio. He has been instrumental in leading his team to manage industry award winning properties, as well as generate and sustain operating profitability. In 2020 after completing Cotton House, Luke received the Mississippi Main Street Award for Outstanding New Development. Luke graduated from the University of Mississippi with a double major in General Business and Real-Estate.

Clay Scruggs
President, LRC2 Development

Clay joined LRC2 Properties in November 2017. Previously, Clay spent 13 years in commercial real estate development managing the SE Regional Operations team for a 2.3 billion dollar company managing $380M in revenue. Since joining LRC2, Clay has managed over $100M in successful new developments. Clay oversees every scope of the development process for LRC2 to make sure projects are run efficiently, on schedule, and in budget.

Nina Gara Nail
President of Operations, LRC2 Management

Nina has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry including full service, limited service and extended stay service. She oversees the management of all LRC2 hotels. During her time with LRC2 Management, her hotels have won 3 Torchbearer Awards and 6 Quality Excellence Awards, which ranks the hotels in the top 3% of over 4600 hotels in the IHG system worldwide. In 2020, Hotel Indigo was awarded IHG "True Hospitality" under Nina's leadership.

Adam Salters
VP of Operations and Revenue Management, LRC2 Management

Adam has over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry including resort, full service, limited service, and extended stay service. He has diverse experience in independent properties as well as branded hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, and IHG. In his position with LRC2 Management, Adam assists with overseeing the management of 4 hotels, including revenue management. During his career he has assisted with the opening of two hotels which were Graduate Oxford and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Katie Cofer
VP of Marketing, LRC2 Management

With 13 years of experience in sales and hospitality industries, Katie brings a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing to the LRC2 team. Katie champions the sales staff of each managed property by assisting in training, prospect identification and strategic planning. She directs all marketing and sales strategies, overseeing consumer and field marketing activities, advertising, public relations, e-commerce and social media. Katie ensures top performance for group sales and negotiated accounts at the corporate and local level.

Missy Breeden, CPA, CFE, SPHR
VP HUMAN RESOURCES & CONTROLLER, LRC2 PROPERTIES

Missy oversees all business strategy implementation for Human Resources. She is also responsible for all financial accounting and reporting, tax planning, and compliance for LRC2, as well as its subsidiaries and partnerships. The outcome is timely and accurate results, highly customized reports, and specialized planning methods for LRC2 management, customers, lenders, joint venture partners and tenants. She is a graduate of Mississippi College where she earned her Masters of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner license. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Justin Dill, CPA
VP Finance, LRC2 Properties

Before joining LRC2 in 2020, Justin began his career at KPMG and has spent over fifteen years serving in Audit, Financial Accounting, and Controller roles. Justin is responsible for cash flow planning, monthly financial statements and investor reporting, and the development of financial models designed to guide and bring clarity to strategic decision making. A Certified Public Accountant, Justin graduated from the University of Mississippi where he earned a degree in Accounting.
