Completed in December 2006, the 100-room, state of the art hotel is located in the Lakeland Commons Retail Center along Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS. The hotel contains 72 rooms, 28 suites, a fitness center, business center, an outdoor pool with a covered deck, a board room and a meeting room. As of March 2008, the Holiday Inn Express ranked #1 in overall satisfaction in the state of MS and #18 in overall satisfaction in the World. Under LRC2’s management since inception, the hotel has been awarded three Torchbearer Awards and four Quality Excellence Awards, which ranks the hotel in the top 3% of over 4600 hotels in the Intercontinental Hotel Group’s system worldwide.
