LRC2’s most notable projects include Graduate Oxford, The Memphian, The Alamite, Cotton House, and Hotel Indigo. LRC2 properties co-developed and owns Graduate Oxford, a 136 room boutique hotel located on the historic square in Oxford, Mississippi. The Memphian, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, developed and owned by LRC2, is a 106 room boutique hotel located in Overton Square that celebrates the best of the Memphis way of Life. Another Tribute Portfolio hotel developed and owned by LRC2 properties is The Alamite, a 112 room boutique hotel in Downtown Tuscaloosa offering a balance of refinement and eclecticism to guests.  Cotton House, Cleveland, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, is a 95-room boutique hotel in the heart of the Mississippi Delta that infuses Southern Hospitality with bold, modern energy; it was developed and is owned and managed by LRC2. Also co-developed, owned, and managed by LRC2, Hotel Indigo is an upscale boutique hotel at the entrance of The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. Currently, LRC2 is currently under construction on its fourth Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Rogers, Arkansas.
